I've paid for my order. How long till I receive my items?
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 24-48 hours.
Delivery within metro Sydney: Next working day
Delivery from Sydney to other cities and large towns in NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery between other locations within NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery between Sydney and adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide): 2 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other capital cities: 3-5 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other interstate locations: 4-6 working days
The above are guidelines only set out by Australia post; Whiteport cannot guarantee exact delivery times. They are based on reasonable expectations and experience.
What happens if nobody is home when my order is delivered?
Whiteport uses eParcel, Australia Posts’s electronic freight management system to deliver your order. Upon delivery, a signature will be required – don’t worry if you’re not home, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes. eParcel allows for delivery to a street address or PO Box, whichever you'd prefer.
What happens if I my goods are damaged or faulty?
We make every effort to ensure your order is carefully packed, however some items may incur damage during transit. If you receive damaged goods, we will replace them at no cost to you. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the products.
What happens if I change my mind after receiving my order?
You may return products to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. Please notify us in writing should you wish to exchange an item.
Do you have a physical store?
Whiteport is an online store only. All of our products can be purchased via our website.
I have changed address since my last order – what should I do?
If your personal details have changed, please login to your account and click 'Change' at top of page to update your details. Alternatively, you can email us and we will ensure your records are updated.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. You may select gift wrap at checkout stage. You may also enter the text you’d like to appear on the accompanying Whiteport gift card. Cost for gift wrap and card is $4.95.
I have a discount coupon, how do I claim it?
To redeem your discount coupon, simply enter the coupon number at checkout. Coupons cannot be claimed after submitting your order online.
I have a business. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. You may register with us to open a wholesale account. Only legitimate business customers will be approved. Minimum order value is $300 and payment is required upfront before goods will be shipped.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We offer international shipping. You can calculate international shipping charges before proceeding to payment by clicking on the ‘Postage Cost’ button in your shopping cart.
Do you share my personal information with anyone else?

What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a Product is "out of stock" when we process your Order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options. We do not charge an additional delivery fee for backorders.
Are the measurements on your site metric or imperial?
All of the measurement details listed on our website are in metric, centimetres and grams/kilograms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide range of payment methods for your convenience including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, cheque or direct bank transfer. Payment is required upfront before goods will be shipped. If paying by cheque, please allow 5-7 days for your cheque to clear in our account.
